Diligent Delivery Systems and its affiliated companies, including, but not limited to any other affiliated companies operating under assumed business names, provide this Web site and certain services, interfaces and functionality on or via this Site (the Services) to you subject to your agreement to comply with the following terms of use (the General Terms).
